光伏行業發展情況
2021年,全球光伏新增裝機170GW,創歷史新高;國內光伏新增裝機54.88GW,同比增加13.9%,其中,分布式光伏裝機29.28GW,占全部新增光伏發電裝機的53.4%,歷史上首次突破50%;戶用裝機達21.6GW,創歷史新高,占2021年我國新增光伏裝機的39.4%。全國累計光伏并網裝機容量達到308GW,新增和累計裝機容量均為全球第一;全國全年光伏發電量3259億千瓦時,同比增長25.1%,約占全國全年總發電量的4.0%;全國利用小時數1163小時,同比增加3小時。
從光伏應用市場看,2021年大型地面電站占比46.6%,分布式電站占比 53.4%,分布式占比首超集中式,其中戶用光伏占分布式市場的73.8%。2021年由于供應鏈價格上漲,集中式裝機不及預期。分布式市場方面,整縣推進及其他工商業分布式和戶用光伏建設將繼續支撐分布式光伏發電市場,雖然占比下降,但裝機總量仍將呈現上升態勢。
光伏行業展望
為實現“雙碳”目標,我國能源行業加快產業結構轉型,而新能源發電作為清潔、高效、低碳、安全的能源利用形式是未來行業發展的最佳選擇。根據測算,光伏發電產生的二氧化碳排放為33-50克/度,而煤電為796.7克/度。光伏發電在降低碳排放上擁有壓倒性優勢。
短期來看,中國光伏市場呈現三大走勢:
1)新增裝機規模繼續增加。2020年12月,習近平主席在氣候雄心峰會上宣布,2030年中國非化石能源占一次能源消費比重將達到25%。為此,“十四五”期間,我國光伏年均新增光伏裝機或將超75GW;
2)分布式光伏新增裝機規模超過集中式裝機規模,成為新增貢獻主力。隨著光伏在建筑、交通等領域的融合發展,疊加整縣推進政策的推動,分布式項目將保持一定的市場份額;
3)補貼退出市場,平價上網到來。2021年6月,國家發改委發布《關于2021年新能源上網電價政策有關事項的通知》,宣布自2021年8月1日起,新建的光伏發電、風電等發電項目財政將不再給予補貼,實行平價上網。
中長期來看,以清潔能源為主的綠色能源仍將是能源結構調整的重點方向。

According to estimates, the carbon dioxide emissions generated by photovoltaic power generation are 33-50 grams per kilowatt hour, while coal power generation is 796.7 grams per kilowatt hour.
